If you would like to cancel your membership or subscription, you can do so directly via CopeCart.

You will need:

• the email address you used for your purchase

• your Order ID / order number

You can start the cancellation here: Cancel your subscription

You can find your Order ID in the order confirmation or invoice sent to you by CopeCart via email.

How cancellation works

1. Open the CopeCart cancellation page.

2. Enter your order email address and your Order ID.

3. Select the correct subscription and click “Cancel subscription.”

4. Confirm the cancellation via the email you will receive from CopeCart.

Important:
Your cancellation is only complete once you click the confirmation link in that email.
